Besides the location of the anti sway bar mounts, are there any other differences between the lower control arms? Also, is the anti sway bar mount just higher on the arm but otherwise the same distance from the end?

The arm is the same except for the location of the swaybar mounting tab , the 69 it's out closer to the ball joint than the 70 up arm , which is the same for B and E body.
