A replacement WIN module needs to be programmed. Dealer or a shop with the correct scanner.

So even with used module and key fob has to reprogram?
I was thinking if they came out of the same truck they reprogram like a new key and module..

"Replacement" can be either new or used...both need to be programmed to the vehicle they're installed in.
