I'm in the process of buying the parts I need to use on a turbo charge LA 360 pump gas stroker motor to use on the street,(maybe a little street racing ) with 10.0 lbs. or less boost on pump fuel.
I bought a complete used turbo set up off of another 1965 Valiant like I'm going to build except he used a carb and I want to use a EFI set up. I'm debating between a blow through EFI throttle body like the Holley Snipers or use a dry throttle body with direct port fuel injectors, which one is better?
If you like the direct port type which one, brand and model and size, would you suggest?
if you like and advocate the wet throttle body which one, brand, size and model would you choose?

If you are planning on using a premade kit for your efi you need to talk to the manufacturer and see if it is boost compatible. The throttle body itself is the least of your concerns. You need a map sensor and tune that accounts for the boost, at the least.

IMO, port injection is the best as it will have less distribution issues.

What’s better for blow through boost? No idea, we got cut off from MT in Australia. Was happy to pay for content, now I can't even do that. Bad decision there people.
