Same as all 340s, except for the 68 340 4 speed cam.
268/276 .429”/.444”
'67 is an abbreviation of 1967 67' is an abbreviation of 67 feet They are not interchangeable.

What camshaft was installed at factory for a 340-6 with manuall transmission? Hyd, mech? Lift/dur?
Thx Hyd lifters with adjustable rockers.

Thanks, any suggestions what to install when the old one is missing 🙂 What are your goals? Is this motor to be used in a daily driver or a H.P. car like the AAR and T/A where? Think about what YOU REALLY want and let us know, bittershurn AKA aside, we need to know what you want before being able to give you decent recommendations on the cam

I have heard nothing but good things about Bob Karakasian “Mr. Six Pack” camshafts and put one in my motor. I have yet to get it installed but it did well on the dyno. I’m going to run 3:55s in my T/A and I’m looking for drivability. PM me if you want Bob’s contact info. He is fantastic to deal with and super helpful. Google “Mr. Six Pack” and “camshaft” and you’ll find many posts on the various Mopar forums singing his praise. Good luck. X2 I put one of his cams in my OE 70 Challenger R/T 440 w/4-speed and 4:10 dana man that engine runs so good. Smooth idle , good for power brakes, lots of power. would buy from again

What brand or grinder does Mr sixpack use? He does not give that info out. It does not matter to me. All that matters is the engine runs great.
