My wife is from Philadelphia and her father/my father-in-law parked his car ('98 Olds) in a private parking garage a few blocks away from their home. My young at the time son and I would accompany "grandpop" to the garage and walk back lots of times. There were several cars of interest in this old building/parking garage like a '57 Chevy and a big tire Jeep and some others but what was always of interest was a car under a car cover that I didn't want to touch or even lift the cover to see what it was out of respect to the owner that was never around. Then one day after grandpop parked the car I saw that the cover was for some reason pulled back and there was the hidden car. Now I'm wondering if the owner is a member here, and if it was ever finished and if he/she still owns it and still driving it and having fun? Don't know if it had a dash in it or a VIN tag at the time (although it appears to have a dash?) as I don't have a photo of the VIN and I suspect not as I never didn't take a photo of a VIN for my own record
But that was 20 years ago as the photo date is Dec 28, 2002 just past 20 years to the day. I think it's a vert too but can't remember that either
The (blue) Olds was grandpop's car and is my son's car now, both grandpop and grandma have passed RIP
