Can someone give me instructions on how to replace the ignition switch tumbler in a '68 B body?

You can pop the lid off and drop out the tumblers if they are giving you trouble. With wear they can get sticky. Will start with any key or screwdriver.
I want my fair share

Before you can remove the bezel the tumbler must be removed...put the ignition switch in the accessory position, insert the paper clip through the small hole in the face of the tumbler depressing the spring loaded lock pin & twist the ignition further counterclockwise than it normally will go.. Then pull out on the tumbler... Now you can remove the bezel as previously mentioned it is easier with the correct tool, but can be done with a screwdriver, just be careful or you can damage the bezel. The rest is straight forward!

I don't see a small hole in the tumbler. The bezel you are talking about is the one on the tumbler right? Not the surround nut that holds the complete switch in the dash, correct? From what I've read, anything after '68 is different than '68 and older. In other words, anything '69 and newer are different.

For a 68 the hole is in the side of the ignition switch not the bezel. Here's a ic of the tumbler, you can see the brass button that needs to be pushed in https://www.rockauto.com/en/moreinfo.php?pk=1186423&cc=1081820&pt=10041&jsn=446Here's the switch, you can see the rectangular hole in the threaded portion that allows access to the button in the tumbler. You will have to disconnect the wiring connector and unscrew the nut to pull the switch first. https://www.rockauto.com/en/moreinfo.php?pk=44023&cc=1081820&pt=4700&jsn=463
