I soaked them in boiling water to soften the rubber up, dried them, then swabbed a little grease inside.

A few passes with the heat gun + a lot of grease worked for me.


While outside on the turnpike They got this new hit tune Where thrills become as cheap as gas And gas as cheap as thrills

heat them in the nuk box for a few seconds.. you wont believe how easy they go on then

Here is what I did...

Go get a cheep funnel (I got a pack of 4 from the freight for 0.99), Cut the end off so it is the same dia as the t-bar - this creates a hard "wedge" you can use to slide the seal over the bar.

A little bit of grease and they slide right on...

I use the same approach for anything you have to slide something else...

If you have trouble holding it all together while putting the seal on, wrap a piece of tape around the t-bar and funnel to hold it on the end...
