I was out there a few years ago. Checked out a fine Irish pub with great food, and hit several car sites. Shelby museum was fun, visiting Counting Cars shop, and hit a few shows. Lots to check out, good luck!

I would 2nd seeing Carrot top. There were things in his show that you will not forget!! I would recommend a place to eat that is like an old speak easy. Capos Restaurant is a great place to eat. Even finding your way in is fun. The night I was there they had a guy playing the piano and the food is outstanding. A local recommended it as his favorite Italian restaurant. 5675 W Sahara ave. They make their own meatballs and people would just have them for their dinner. I would also recommend a trip to the Red Rock area. Beautiful. I didnt get to the Dam but would enjoy that also.

Last time I was there, we went to an exhibit called "Bodies" at the Luxor. It's very interesting. It's full of preserved bodies, body parts and organs. The coolest thing to me was a model of all the blood vessels in a human arm/hand. They injected a substance into the blood vessels that solidified. Then the flesh and bone was dissolved in an acid leaving only the blood vessels behind.
As of last March, "Bodies" was in Bally's. An interesting exhibit.

Carrot Top is hilarious if you want to see a show.

The Hoover Dam is a must. We also like walking the strip. Next time we are there, I'll have to check out the Atomic Testing Museum. That sounds interesting. I agree with above. For Carrot Top, sit in the front row. He passes out shots of whiskey. Probably costs more for the seats. After being there for 3 other Semas I found you have to book WAY in adavance for any good shows like big name stars or bands. Even Hells Kitchen is months out. I wanted to go this time but was too late to get reservations. Instead I got the wife and I a Sat night comedy show with the older brother on Everyone Loves Raymond show, Brad Garrett. We did lesser know comedy guys, Blue Man Group, Elton John, Cirque du Soleil (sp?), and the Dam - have to do the full tour...

Vegas isn't known to be a BBQ town, but there are some good ol' boys who relocated there and are smoking up a storm. Plenty to eat in Vegas, for sure, but this is always a worthwhile stop. Go to the original (main) location on Highland Drive. https://www.rollinsmokebarbeque.com/

If I ever get back to Vegas, I'll check out the Heart Attack Grill.

My teens really like Area 15 (not to be confused with Area 51): https://area15.com/The linq is cool for a tall Ferris wheel if you want to get a birds eye view of the valley. But don't do the "all you can drink" plan as there are no bathrooms onboard. https://www.caesars.com/linq/things...m=HighRoller&utm_content=attractionsIf you have too much money, rent a car and race it at one of the local tracks. Or drive a tank over a car. https://www.battlefieldvegas.com/packages/fan-favorites/crush-a-car-with-a-tank/There is also a lot of free stuff. Bellagio has a botanical garden that changes for each season. Its pretty well done up. Fremont Street has the grittier folks, but there are usually free concerts at night and a show on the ceiling. https://vegasexperience.com/The fountains at Bellagio are pretty cool if you have not seen them before. The volcano at the Mirage is another freebie. There are flamingos at the Flamingo, and tons of old (working) pinball machines at the Pinball hall of fame. http://www.pinballmuseum.org/The brothels are in Nye county, which is about an hour away (yes, prostitution is technically illegal in Las Vegas). The Pioneer Saloon is not a far drive, and is an old bar from over 100 years ago. https://pioneersaloonnv.com/. Between the shows, VR stuff, axe throwing, go karts and tons of restaurants, there is a possibility you might find something you like to do while visiting.
