Hit me last weekend.

Started with sniffles and slight cough.

A few nights later progressed to night sweats and damp sheets.

Now stuck with a persistent nagging, hacking cough and chest congestion.

Two home COVID tests were negative.

Taking 12 hour Sudafed (the real stuff), NyQuil for cough, and Halls drops.

Some research tells me summer colds can last much longer than winter.

One thing for sure… it’s a tough time.

I have been hacking up snot for 3 1/2 weeks

Not sick here but I like Mucinex DM the best for congestion.

Been trying that for last week , helps some but, still making gobs unwanted slop , lots of coughing , especially at night .. at this pace , its going to be another month

there are no more colds... its the wuhan flu....

There is a bad “stomach bug” going around,
that seems to be in the “RSV” virus family.

Get a Covid test at a medical facility.

May be time to see a dr. for a antibiotic?

Ive been walking the line on the summer cold thing, late summer day heat and then AC at night dont sit well with me ever.r.
I had my wife at the DR about 10 days ago for... go figure, her flu shot and the last five days ive wondered if I caught something there.

I don't know where you live, but here in Indiana, the Ragweed and Golden Rod are going crazier than I have ever seen it. Are you allergic to these weeds? It's BAD here with that stuff right now.
Just a thought.

Allergies have been going crazy for many people in my family for last several weeks.

Also more Covid positives among people in my circle than ever before. This despite proclamations by “some” that that deal is over.

My wife and youngest daughter both got it last weekend, and I have been having mild symptoms, for four days! All have had negative COVID Test.

Both sons have whatever it is. Hate seeing them like this. Came home from school start, been here with us since.

Nope. I've missed out on all the fun stuff. I usually get sick at least once per year but since the world's deadliest pandemic has killed us all - I haven't had so much as a sniffle in 3 years. Oh sure, I had my allergies in the spring like I do every year but nothing a Tylenol or Claratin can't shake off.

I've come to the conclusion that I am God. Everybody else died during this horrible, deadly pandemic except me.

Well.... and my mom.....

and pretty much everyone else I know....

Mines not got any better, did the "at home" test last night. NEG. Just the semi typical summer cold that sucks.

I had it for about a week then I gave it to the wife. There were a few at work with it and I got it there.
