Anyone ever bought one axel from Moser for whatever reason? Reason is I have a on old set that was never run, I’m cutting a housing down, one I can cut shorter the other is to long to cut (both were the same length) so I only need one even though both had about 3” of splines.

Call them and ask them scope
The driver side axles are the ones that break first usually.
I'm assuming your working on a 8 3/4, not a dana 60, correct?
Stock Dana 60rear ends in Mopar car shave the passenger side axle shorter than the driver's side shruggy

Mr.Cab Racing and winning with Mopars since 1964. (Old F--t, Huh)

Dana short side. They were E-body 8-3/4 35 spline, making a 66 Dana housing out of a 70 and It’s 1/4” To long. I looked at one of my mill cutters today and I’ll see if I can extend the spline that much. The side gears are solid, not split so that helps, 70 trac locks. The unit in the rear (70) might have the solid side gear also I’ll get that out later to check
