Always used the Carter street/strip pump from Mancini.


'63 Dodge 330
11.19 @ 121 mph
Pump gas, n/a, through the mufflers on street tires with 3.54's. 3,600 lbs.
10.01 @ 133mph with a 250 shot of nitrous an a splash of race gas. 1.36 60 ft. 3,700 lbs.

I have had good luck with the Carter M6903. I think the M4862 is similar but runs at a higher pressure.

my mechanical pump runs 11 psi.so i have to use a regulator.dont know which pump it is.came with car

I would and have used the Carter Street hemi pump standard pressure (not the high pressure one tsk) version with three internal valves up scope
I used them on my old M.W. NHRA Stocker and on NHRA stocker street hemi motors also, works good last a long time.
The best test I know of on testing fuel volume on drag cars is if you can jet the carb up rich enough to slow it down in the 1/4 mile you have more than enough fuel volume for that combination that day: scope up:
