Yeah I keep forgetting about the DA for you guys, we rarely have anything over 2000, normally between 1100-1800 on a hot one, 700-900's is quite common...as you would say mineshaft.

I've seen it over 3000 on quite a few occasions over the years, BUT it depends on whose weather station you are using. Ive never seen two the same, it's sometimes a running joke in the lanes prior to the first round . I've also seen negative figures early on a morning too.

Where do you race Greg? Brainerd intl in Minnesota. Elevation i believe is 1300 ft. BIR is a multi use facility with the dragstrip being a part of a long road course straightaway. Very safe, loooong shutdown, great prep and safety crew.

During the summer, humidity is a killer. Water in Minnesota is everywhere, including the air.

as of 5mins ago, how accurate is another question?...SPR is 341ft above sea. You can use this for any track, anywhere but you brkt guys prob already know this and use an ET predictor station.

Yeah we use an old TAG weather station, had it for years. Trouble is we never listen to it ( it can be uncannily accurate ) and if you modify the motor or drive train it obviously throws your previous data out of skew . Apologies to the O/P for the hijack here.
