What is the best type of grease to use on door and quarter window regulators/tracks?

This works ok when doors are assembled. But the least amount is better.
Grease everywhere will just allow all types dirt to accumulate.
If panels are off, or assembly in progress: brush it on only the areas that need it.
Of course any pivot joints will need some oil..

I brush on Synthetic Disc Brake Grease on the moving, sliding and spinning parts. It won't attack rubber or plastic, has incredible persistence and anti-washout characteristics.
