no pic's of trailer. It's a 20' H&H speedloader trailer. B.T.W. today is the first day of my retirement. 28 years of being a laborer. What a way to start out retirement. Just a suggestion but maybe if you go to their website you could find a picture to post up. Good luck

Well I got a call from county dispatch that truck was found at fleet farm gas station . The trailer is gone and the truck is impounded. I went and looked at it........ truck is trashed . Now im hearing they might not release the truck because they say it was used in multiple crimes. I worked hard for that truck and trailer. That truck and trailer was my new means of income and recreation.

I'm assuming that they are referring to a chain of property crimes and no deaths here, but if that's so, once that vehicle is processed properly, there is no reason for them to hold it any longer from the owner if the owner is not a suspect in any way. They take extensive photographs and do a print check. If you had existing jobs lined up that would create income and no you can no longer work those jobs, take note of that and turn it over to your District Attorney. If it was me, I would also report the damage and loss of use of both to your insurance company and link them with your DA Office. Damage, yes. Loss of use, possibly. It's excluded from your first party coverage on a personal auto policy, but could be covered if the truck had a commercial policy. Trailers are covered if attached to the vehicle, but only up to a certain (usually low) amount. Beyond that, they need to be insured separately.
