Typically there is someone local who repairs upholstery and dash rips, tears, and cracks in used cars. I had a local firm in Bismarck who catered to dealerships fix a dashpad for a '74 Dart I used to own. "We live in a time when intelligent people are being silenced so that stupid people won't be offended".
