demon OP super stock D Joined: Feb 2006 Posts: 1,179 Canada	What are the most accurate valve cover gaskets for 383-440 these days. Doing a 71 440, and I want valve cover gaskets that have the locating tabs that look original. Some have smaller wedge shaped tabs that do not look right. Thanks

demon OP super stock D Joined: Feb 2006 Posts: 1,179 Canada	Thanks, but those don't have the OEM style tabs. Those are the small wedge shaped tabs that most gaskets have now. Looking for the gaskets with the long rectangular tabs

In the past I've tossed older nos type gaskets, because the cork was prone to breaking easily. One of the downfalls of using old gaskets.
