What is the difference between the two, Other than the obvious. Is one better than the other or are they application specific? I know very little about alcohol but in my reading on this forum they come up all the time. I am building a 572 motor and was thinking about running alcohol.

Enlighten me.

Use an Enderle System, it will atomize the fuel better. The Ron's System is built on low pressure concept and their pumps are regulated. I've had both and I liked the Enderle system better. Both mechanical fuel systems will work as they are basically the same principle. Just my personal preference. By the way I think I know where you can get a Rons system!

IMO, the general answer is the Terminator throttle body is no better than the Toilet. However, every application is different, and here are some things to consider:

- The Terminator is a 4500 carb bolt pattern, air flow pattern, height, and "air cleaner" opening. It replaces a Dominator carb pretty much exactly.

- The newer Toilets have slotted bolt patterns so they will bolt to either a 4500 or 4150 manifold. The exit of the Toilet will fit the 4150 intake better, but will work on the 4500. I have the big 4.1" toilet and to fit a 4150 intake opening perfectly, you will want to blend the intake slightly, the smaller ones might be a more exact match. The Toilet "air cleaner" opening is the same as a 4150 carb, but the height is not the same.

- A very big, high flow engine might take advantage of the larger CFM of the 2100 cfm Terminator, but they do make a smaller Terminator too. The 1800 cfm 4.1" Toilet will flow enough air for a pretty big serious application. The rest of the system is exactly the same (newer ones). Previously they had different standard pumps, but now they both come with the "better", more expensive, gear pumps.

See the info on this site about both:

I don't know the pressure of the Enderle system, but 100 psi on the injectors with a Ron's system can be done. From my discussion with some knowalagable people, some racers put too large of injectors and it results in lower than optimum pressure. When all it would take for the same amount of fuel is smaller injectors and a smaller bypass pill (rather than big injectors). I have the Ron's injectors that have air entrainment for better atomization, and I use injector jets sized for higher pressure. And the Ron's nozzles allow changing just the jets, rather than the entire nozzle to change "size" (nice and easy).

The heads are B1-TS. And there just coming back From Modern pretty soon. They were planning on getting flow numbers in the low 500's.

For hp were aiming for a reliable 1200-1250

I don't think the Enderle system has a high speed lean out. So I hadn't actually looked to closely at it.
