Getting ready to drop a 5.7 in my Challenger and having a hard time visualizing where to mount the ECU and power distribution module.
Using the factory Mopar wiring harness.
My car has factory AC, so not any room on firewall.

Need some pics/ideas from those of you that have figured it out.

Thx

Not using Ma Mopar, but i would read the installation kit info. Holly wants the ECM in the car or protected from water. Show check that out. There a lot of good forums on Facebook that i belong to and people put a lot of posts. Just my opinion.

Attached 2 pictures of my Challenger. Hellcat build with MP harness / ecu etc. made a hole in the firewall to get through the thick cable connectors and installed the ecu underneath the dash above the tunnel, and placed the fusebox thing at the kickpanel. Tight fit but can be done...didnt want those items under the hood as I try to get it as clean as possible.

Hope this helps.

Thx for the reply and pics.
It somewhat confirms what I was afraid of, no easy solution for a stock car.
Looks like you're undertaking major mods, sort of a blank canvas.

I'm definitely putting the ECU and PDM inside, but it's looking like I may have to undertake the nightmare project of extending the 100 wires on the ECU harness to open up location options.
