Hot Rod Ridge

Putting Ka-Blue-E back together one last time as a wedge. Trying to have a fresh bullet but lifters need replaced. I finally spread the comp lifters after years of great service. Thumbs up Comp lifters I'm looking for longevity. The Comp lifters laster 6 years lol not bad for a hot rod. Standard lifter hole I guess. Indy block. Prefer to keep the pushrod location the same as the Comps but I prolly need to upgrade pushrods as well lol.

BAM Pro series w/ offset intake pushrod on right; older IMM-branded lifters made by same company in MI that made (makes?) some of COMP's lifters on left. BAM bodies measured consistently around .9038" IIRC, which was almost .005" wider than the other lifters.

BAM bodies measured consistently around .9038" IIRC, which was almost .005" wider than the other lifters. Just for info, you may find you can't fit those BAM lifters in a KB block, Indy block or an early Megablock as (IIRC) they have much taller lifter bosses than stock.

Brad, do you have a dimension for the BAM lifters from the bottom of the wheel to the bottom of the tie bar?
The Comps are: 829-16 = 2.560” 87019-16= 2.780”
I have used 829’s in Indy, MP/World, and Megablock, and of course stock blocks. I’ve only used the 87019’s in a World aluminum block.

Unfortunately, no other measurements and the engine's buttoned up.
I can provide a few pics showing how they sit in an OEM RB block w/ bushed lifter bores, FWIW
