I just bought a nice stock numbers matching 1969 Barracuda convertible 318 auto. I was showing it to a friend and he said it looked like it had the wrong radiator (he thought it should have a 22 inch radiator) it has a 19 inch part number 2949031, from what I looked up online it should go to an 1969 b-body automatic with 318. I have the original broadcast sheet and under radiator it has a number 31, I am assuming that would mean 2949031 but I cant find any info on broadcast sheet decoding for radiators. any help would be appreciated.

2949031 is a 19" radiator for a 273-318 non-A/C Barracuda or Dart, you have the correct radiator. 273 and 318 A/C and 340 radiators would be 22"...

The funny thing about science is that if you change one miniscule parameter you change the entire outcome to the way you want it.
