Since it says BC try an old Speedy Muffler Shop one that might still have cards. I had Speedy bend me up the A12 Exhaust in my car a long time ago using a Card.

Just go to a good exhaust shop & have them custom-bend a system. An experienced installer does not need bend cards.

good exhaust shop....thats funny !! the local midas has a dust covered bender but nobody knows how to use it,all the work ive seen is awefull and overpriced.i found a guy who closed his shop in the 90s but still has a bender in his home shop....the exhaust card would help him as he was never a fulltime exhaust guy but a general automotive shop back in the day.Kinda neat he kept all his equipment and parts stock and took it all home.
exhaust work, just like polishing radiator work chroming etc etc is all dying out ....I was just recently quoted $1400 to recore a 956 rad, basic dual exhaust systems are like $1600 and they want the car for several days, its clown world.........

I plan to work with my new friend local guy for my exhaust systems from now on....its not rocket science,I worked full time at a muffler shop as a teenager but that was 30 yrs ago :-)

Are the cards specific to the machine being used? I also worked at an exhaust shop in my teens and early 20s. The owner sold out and I'm sure his cards went with the machine.

I did find this but I doubt it will help you any.

I was thinking that some one must of up loaded all the cards to the internet. I will ask at my local Muffle Shop, but at they were starting to get the pipes ordered in from Walker years ago. The system was split up more than what the factory was doing.

I have a set of cards BUT. I don't have the master catalog for them.

I think the collection covers 50s through 70s domestic. Cards have brief descriptions on them for YMM. often no engine or which pipe it is.

I think I'm going to pack them in the camper and spend a long weekend drinking beer and organizing the cards.

I'm confused? Why have someone bend exhaust for the car? Nobody has pipes available for a 70 Charger? Most pre-bent stuff looks and fits better than something some guy squashed with a bender?

I agree. I bought a Gardner system for one of my cars 20 years ago and it fit dead nuts perfect. The pipes are aluminized inside and out so it's a one time purchase. They're on the more expensive side, but it really is a ou get what you pay for scenario. https://www.gardnerexhaust.com/exhaust-systems/mopar/1970-mopar-b-body-hemi-exhaust-system/

Not everyone is into spending stupid money on a resto exhaust system and any place that tells you to call for pricing is going to be stupid money.

Some of us just want an exhaust system that works without being a resto or race setup.

Same here,
mine go from 20,000 series up to 60,000.
They seem to reference off of a "gorelig" number? (spelling may not be correct). Mine reference other Mfr's part Numbers like walker, marmont etc on the cards. but the master catalog appears to be the key to finding the correct card

The kind of money they ask for Hemi resto stuff. Depending on how you configure it, AccurateLTD charges $2k.

I assume, I know, that if he was looking for the most correct resto type exhaust system he's of asked that and not for the card so a friend can bend up a replacement system for him.

Its my v code stick rat rod charger, not an r code car.Currently have leaky hooker headers and 3in system.Im going deaf and my dog wont ride with me any more so going to manifolds and 2 1/2 system on the car now .Ordering pipes out of usa is slow expensive and a hassle,we are going to bend up some pipes for this car,a card would be nice but not needed, the guy who owns the bender likes the cards

I also bought H Pipes off Walker in my day for an A12, Speedy Muffler bent every thing else up off their cards. I think I used the Hemi Mufflers and bought them off the dealership. There are left and right pipes that are not H pipes but never used them before. I also have a Stainless Steel Hemi Cuda H Pipe and if you want things to last a long time spend some extra money, maybe not the stainless steel way but good think wall pipes. Check around maybe there is old stock at Walker or CT or Midas in BC or Alberta.

It's Goerlichs. They are now A-P Exhaust out of NC. Goerlichs is defunct.

HELP WANTED: I have been talking with Scott from ECS Exhaust Co.. He is willing to create full factory correct exhaust systems for '68 HEMI B bodies, but he needs to see one or more original '68 HEMI muffler(s) and get the date code(s). He does have '69 HEMI B body date coded July '68 exhaust systems. His systems carry the Pentastar. I already sent him pics of an original '68 HEMI resonator (attached) , but he also needs HEMI MUFFLER date codes. My friend's HEMI resonator has a date code of 2447....the 244th day of 1967 (August). It came on an early '68 HEMI Charger (Jan '68 build date). Any help finding this info. would help me and many future resotrations!!

Going to be a challenge to find date-coded resonators & mufflers. I can help you with 4" round resonators with 2.5" necks & cores - plus they have spun-locked heads just like in your photo. I installed them on my old '73 Charger Rallye. See photo below.
