I think the case material is arbitrary and simply use aluminim because it's easier to heave around the shop.

Bias ply now, however I have run 275 drag radial without issue on another heavier car.

The bias drive worse but are a bit more forgiving in my experience which is mostly on limited and no prep surfaces.

How much power do you have? How are you making it? I would bet a blower car would break parts before a well tuned/manipulated nitrous deal. Turbo next whjlich is my summer project for my red 66.

The 833 in my GTS was in the 66 @3700 with about 625hp naand a 125->225 shot controlled by a very crude progressive. Those nitrous maps sucked and that kit didnt hold a candle to the modern (leaned out) tune ups.

I have run 10.80s with my Dart 2800 lbs Pro shifted 833 Hurst Super shifter 3. 29.5x13.5 slicks. Although I have now converted to 727 as my hip isn't what it used to be. I also ran it with a Ramrod lots of fun.

It will probably depend on the size of the slicks and your clutch choice twocents work shruggy
