Primarily a decent HP, good torque street cruiser.

I don't suspect this to see the track often or more than a little testing here or there. But very little track use.

But it's in need or rear suspension upgrade of some sort.

I have not really messes with rear leaf suspension in 25 years. Everything I've built as of late is narrowed, 4 Lin and coil overs. So please forgive my ignorance.

Thoughts on Suoer Stock springs, cal Trac type set up, any other types I should look at?

Not building this to be an auto cross type car. Weekend cruiser, straight line acceleration etc.

Appreciate it folks

This forum is generally focused on handling in corners, not so much straight line. The race forum is probably where most of those experts are.

You want the Calvert mono-leafs and their bar kit plus a set of their 9 way shocks.

I have a 1966 Dodge Coronet Deluxe that I converted to a street and strip car, I bought and installed the Mopar brand aftermarket HD leaf springs. I moved them into the sub frames and moved them forward three inches to increase traction, I also had the rear wheel openings stretch three inches forward so I can use a decent size rear street tire up
I haven't driven it yet due to other projects and my Wifes health going bad last year, hopefully I will get to drive it this year luck
I've used those springs on other street cars I've built and like them up

Mr.Cab Racing and winning with Mopars since 1964. (Old F--t, Huh)
