What holds the 64-66 Barracuda Sail Panel insulated cardboard pieces in place? Screws, clips, glue? I am installing headliner and don't know how to keep these parts in place. Thank you.

Update: No response to my question so going to just glue it in place (after trimming the front edge to accommodate the trim piece that is secured there).
