I would like to know if any one out there has a comparison on these 2 carbs?
This would be on a dyno or same car same day.

Well I can't answer your question but I do own a 4710 and I was not impressed - at least not right out of the box. The AFR would go nuts coming off the brake. My Gary Williams was light years better on the AFR off the brake. But I did not spend any time trying to fix it. I ended up with a new bigger Gary Williams for the new motor.
