He did declare it a disaster, near immediately. My wife says SBA disaster assistance is already starting to see some claims from it. They went from a 6 day work week to 7 day, this week. They wanted to go to an 8 day week but arithmetic got in the way...She turns 66 today and is working a short day, only 10 hours, tomorrow starts mandatory 12 hours. We're getting too old for this...
