My Garage is the left .. my wall is pictured, the property line is right at the edge of the trees .. you can see their fire pit , all those parts of a tree are on my property .

YESStarts a fire and leaves it? In just about all areas it's illegal to leave it unattended. Id call the fire department every time that happens.
