Everyone left DSR
What the hell happened ? Tony Stewart (Leah Pruetts current boy friend) started a new drag racing team for 2022 with her driving the top fuel dragster, maybe he will drive a car also So did what his name(CRS ), the Man Of Color, the little short lightweight good driver, that drove the faster top fuel dragster. He started his own team for next year also which tells me that Tony Schumaker maybe driving one of his fathers fuel cars again next year

rumor has it that he's going to JFR.
Joe Maybe... http://www.competitionplus.com/drag-racing/news/capps-reveals-his-departure-from-dsrThese guys breaking away from the mega teams and forming their own teams is a good thing. Too much power in the hands of a few is never good. DSR, AJRE and JFR will continue to provide parts to most everyone. So they're still making money. The Don is not going to have to collect Social Security any time soon. By all accounts, AB and RC are great guys. Some rule adjustments to lower the costs would be a big help to all concerned. Sponsor money is still hard to come by.

If the results don't match the theory, change the theory.

It doesn't sound like a bad deal for DSR. Manufacturing and supplying parts to various teams, without the headache of having to finance and run a multi car team.

He also makes a ton of money renting shop space to other teams in Brownsburg.

John Force is one of the true success stories of a grass root racer becoming very successful through dedication and hard work. He was born and raise in a large family in SO CA in a trailer park, the only thing he has gotten for free is a hard time, just like me He became a truck driver out of high school and wanted to drag race and managed to do that by trying to and doing it on his own I remember passing his broke down 1965 Chevy one ton flatbed open car hauler with one of his original funny cars on the back on Interstate10 between Ehrenburg, AZ and Phoenix, AZ. there were several cars already stop so we drove on by to the NHRA divisional race we were going to at the old Beeline Drag strip east of Phoenix. We learn later that weekend that his brother and two of the volunteer crew were taking the car to Tuscon, AZ for a booked in match race Give the man his due

Force went from truck driver to team diver…. I'm not sure what you mean on this statement I do remember him taking a dive to insure that one of his younger less experience team mates won a round and in Tony Pedegron(SP?) case he made sure he won the world Championship by making sure Tony went to the finals in Las Vegas to keep him in the running for that Championship. I call that taking care of business instead of making sure you beat your younger employees I got to thinking after making that earlier post about the early days of racing and my luck in being able to see a lot of drag racing history being made while being raised and being able to race in SO CA back in the early 1960s to the late 1980s. John Force did exactly the same thing as Don Purdhome(SP?), Tom Mc Ewen, Dick Landy and a lot of other SO CA racers did, they promoted themselves into becoming very successful professional drag racers by working hard and never giving up I have truly been blessed in my life on a lot of things, those drag racing experiences being just one Good night, be safe

I don't like his mouth and attitude that he can do anything in the class because he's John Force and everybody else should lay down and lick'em. Kinda like Warren Johnson.
