Vulkem 116 is pretty hard to beat for metal to concrete if that is what you are doing. It is a polyurethane sealant, I would imagine any of the poly caulk would be good. Contractors around here like quad...but it does not like to be immersed in water, vulkem seems better for that.

When we had our windows installed they used Dap DYNAFLEX 230 Premium Sealant (Indoor/Outdoor) ..and they guaranteed the sea for five years. I only had to call them out once for a minor leak.
you could also try, Gorilla Clear 100 Percent Silicone Sealant Caulk, I have heard good things about their product.
