I thought I would get an early jump start on holiday shopping for my wife. I ordered some items from LL Bean and they shipped them UPS. I was home last Thursday when the driver dropped the plastic shipping bad on my porch. When I went out to get it, I saw the bag was open - torn open on the proper perforated area so you do not destroy the contents. I called UPS to file a report. Their call center sucks so bad it took 4 calls to get through their automated system and speak to a human.

I was told that the local distribution center manager would call me that day to respond to my claim. 6 days later and nobody has reached out to me. I guess whomever opened the package could not wear women's clothing and just tossed it back in the package. No paperwork was in the bag . . . and nobody even tapped it back up.

# emails to the customer support center have done unanswered. IDIOTS.


I am not rich...but I get off my ass everyday to make sure I am not broke!

Can we get the Mexican cartels to help us with our supply chain issues? They don't seem to have any trouble getting stuff from one place to another.
