Last one I bought I got from Frank B with one of his Repop air grabber vac actuators . The spring was perfect . the vac motor lasted 40 days , then kaput . Actuator blown . I complained to Frank my original lasted 40 years with original spring but spring and actuator were rusty , but working . he mailed me another spring + actuator . Same thing , about 1 month , then nothing . Got pissed , reversed the spring to keep the air grabber door up all the time and never looked back . :drive It's NOT a strong spring , just enough to pull air door back down against actuator . :Frank doesn't even sell them anymore , ALL the re-pops are junk . Thank you. Do you have a caliper to measure the wire diameter?
