C bodies came with 318s, and starting in 66 they also came with 440s, and the C body in question is in fact a 66 Fury that currently has a poly 318 but will be inheriting a 440. The question is, did all C bodies have the 5/16 fuel line regardless of which engine it came with or did 440 cars get a 3/8 fuel line? I've run into contradicting theories about it? If none came with a 3/8 line, is there one available in the aftermarket? Would it be a good idea to equip it that way, this will be a slightly warmer than stock 440, mild hydraulic cam, a little head work in the bowls around the guides, aluminum RPM intake. Anyone in the know on the lines? Any recommendation? Thanks, Ken

Wife's '67 Fury 440 / 375 HP L code car came with 5/16 fuel lines. I doubt any C body came with 3/8".

Being a C-body, you'll probably need to make your own line.
But, do you really need a bigger line with the (mild) mods you mentioned?

x2 on both. My '68 Fury has a 440 with ported 906's, a TM7 intake, 850 holley, headers, and a 0.590 mp mechanical cam. It's still running the stock 5/16" fuel line with a mechanical fuel pump and has run 12.70's. With your mods the stock fuel line is fine.
