I like to see from .015 to .030 lifter preload on all Mopar hydraulic lifters with iron heads, .06 to .012 additional with aluminum heads
On your deal I would leave the intake manifold off and check the preload and go from there with the stock rockers, shafts and hold downs.
I use from 1/4 to 1/3 turn preload, depending on the adjuster size 3/8 or 7/16 diameter. 1/4 turn on the 7 1/6x20 threads and 1/3 turn on the smaller 3/8x24 thread diameter. 1.0 divided by 20 = .050 per thread and the smaller 3/8 x24 = .04166 per thread so I round it up to .042 per revolution of the adjusters
.050 divided by 4= .0125, .042=4=.0105 per thread, .042 divided by 3=.014
