Pacnorthcuda OP Too Many Posts Joined: Nov 2007 Posts: 21,844 Kirkland, Washington	My 70 Cuda could use a grill refresh. I painted it with Totally Auto medium argent rattle can 15 years ago and it looked great, but they are done. Must have that metallic texture. What are people using now?

Go to https://8774paint1.com/ this is the new vendor that took over the TA paint line,I just purchased some a few weeks ago, very nice match to the "old" Totally Auto Argent formula displaying that slightly "greenish" tint.... I don't think you used "medium argent", as all I recall TA only having light or dark?, ...... depending on the base you spray over you can effect the light argent to simulate "medium" argent, I needed a medium argent finish for my project so I sprayed over a black base MikeG

I went out and checked my old can……you are correct…..it’s Dark Argent. I will order. Nice seeing those old labels on the website!!!

Id have to look at the can again but ive two quarts of the dupont lucite? argent this has the green tint but only the gm vette boys want it. But it does make a good cheater first coat to save the good stuff. STOP POTATO HATE!
