I heard a punk band cover "Ring of Fire" and it was amazing.
Nobody can "cover" JC but signing his songs in their own style? I feel like that is something of a tribute.
JC did it too: he took "Hurt" and made it his forever.

Cash isn't the originator. He did it as a cover tune.

This is basically Rob Zombie's Educated Horses lineup except Sixx is replacing Blasko.
