Sorry I have not updated anything. Caught a bad cold and family issues kept me from being productive. Just going to post pics, will write a biography when I can later on. Enjoy the mopar goodness.

Ohhh, nice big thermoquad on a big block and a/c. I'm likin it so far I WOOD not steer with that I would love to turn some wrenches on that one. the headlight seems to need the blinker fluid flushed out also. that's what happens when you don't use the valance mounted blinker system keeping the overhead light bulb resivor clean. sweet! now is it a B or RB engine? either way nice to see one mostly all intact and very stockish looking. BB full time xfer, small bolt wheels, and it is a PLYMOUTH Trailduster coming at you and a DODGE Ramcharger leaving you. that needs to be fixed IMHO. you need to DODGE a Ramcharger coming at you and wave at the PLYMOUTH Trailduster as it leaves you.

I love the Trailduster for rareness! Hard to find grill though. Almost as hard as the BF reservoir. C’mon scratchn you must have everything he needs on that D/W farm of yours!

Nice!!! BB & a/c in a pop-top. So inquiring minds want to know- is it a Ramcharger or is it a TrailDuster? I'm guessing TrailDuster and that is the original tailgate in the back? Or is that just a spare? Think I can read TrailDuster on the dash but not sure. Sweet either way. Tim

Tee weird part about this is the truck is how I sold it to him 18 years ago. Tailgate still in the bed area I swapped out along with the seats from a ramcharger. Even the spare change I left in the center console is still there. I bought it from my friend who had a tow yard, probaly around Y2K time. I helped him out at the yard alot and he knew I liked mopars and really dirt poor, so he offered it to me for $600! Drove it everywhere, had a blast. Never went wheeling with it though. Enjoyed getting 22mpg in it. Around 2003, truck was needing a lot of TLC I couldn't afford. Then add a bad leg that had been dislocated 3 times (two of those injuries happening 15 minutes apart), so climbing up into the engine compartment was not a fun thing. Another good friend said it was too expensive to fix it and his repair shop was the cheapest around, so I decided it was time to sell. I put it for sale at Mopar Alley car show, where my friend and his daughter seen it was for sale. Apparently she wanted it or going to college as a commute car. Two days later, they were at my house, ready to buy. I tried to back out of the deal. I told his wife that the car needed LOTS of work. It drank gas. I even told her at one point that a meteorite was going to leave orbit and smash right into it (the look on her face was interesting ). My buddy knew I was trying to ack pedal and told his wife he knew what it needed mechanically and could fix it. Bought on the spot and drove away. Felt sad it was gone, never got to go wheeling in it. Kept in tough with him over the years, never brought it up as I was still bummed it was gone. I have bought 4 others much more condition than this, but they weren't the same. I wanted another one soo bad, but clean examples were hard if not expensive to find. Six weeks ago, I was sending out messages that the Covid cootie's has messed this years car show (again) and sending info to all my buddies via text to let them know what was going on. My friends thanks me and casually put in his reply text 'Hey, I'm selling your old Trailduster. You know anyone whom might be interested?". Like a episode of Scooby Doo I call him up asap and said 'heythereshaggy' your selling the Trailduster? I didn't know you still had it'. to be continued. . . . . . . . .

What a pile. Seller must be having a good laugh over this one. Funny, you must not know anything about old trucks. I've already turned down $5.5k for it, and I used my covid money from the big guy of last year, so it was pretty much free. Two small dents and 5 patch panels on the bottom and that's all there is in the whole truck, pretty hard to find ones nicer than this around. It will sit for a few years til I'm done with my other cars. When it's done, it will be a pretty clean lowrider with a blown engine to push it down the road.
