It depends on which rod journal size your using on the crankshaft and which block, stock or after market block.
I'm thinking I used a stock type 3/8 pick up on a 572 C.I. Mega block with BB Chevy rod journal 2.200 size, maybe it was a 541 C.I. stock 440 block with a 4.500 stroke crank with those 2.200 Chevy size rod journals.
I think the largest stroker crank I've used with Mopar 2.375 rod journal sizes was a 4.375 stroke with a stock 3/8 pick up.
I don't like enlarging the stock blocks with 3/8 NPT threads in them after having several of the ones I enlarge to 1/2 inch NPT crack when installing the larger 1/2 picks up down
IHTHs luck
