440lebaron OP top fuel 4 Joined: Jan 2003 Posts: 1,606 westerly, ri. usa	hi I bought a HD set of gears some time ago, not sure who from, rebuilding trans now. I know there is a front and back side on gear for inside beve, there is a DOT on it, what side goes down towards convertor? bevel is different on both sides Last edited by 440lebaron; 04/23/21 07:17 PM. The step made it a bear to get the converter installed. I actually pulled the gear out, and put a slight chamfer on that step that faces the converter to make installing the converter easier.
