Maybe. I've seen a couple W350 with the 6 inch rails.
Quick id, look at the front hanger of the rear springs, if it hangs below the rail its the short frame. If it's even it's the tall frame.
That said, it seems the tall frame became much more common with the introduction of the intercooled engines. My D250 has the tall frame.

Yes they do, recently parted a couple of them out and one frame is being shortened for use under a Ramcharger...
