1983 D series with a big block. What are the options for BB headers. I was hoping Bouchillon had something but they are out, and not sure if they will get any more in. Tks.

I use Hedman for my 4x4's. For 2wd the 79220 should fit. Of course, they don't list headers for an 83 model year, but they fit the 70's D series trucks.

I have a 88 d100 & 86 w150 both have 440 engines and I run 2 sets of the hedman 79250.

nice fit & work 2x or 4x4 chassis.

has ball cone collectors so no gasket down low to blow out. lots of room for a mini starter and tubes are not below frame rails (well the 1 collector bolt does hang a little lower than frame rail)

IIRC these are the same ones Bouchillon sells in the BB swap kit.

I run the same headers in my 83. Fit great!
