Hi,

a friend of mine has a 1964 Dodge Polara. The side trim on the quarterpanel has no colour in the very end
I searched for survivors and found different results.

Does anyone know if it should be painted black til the end or not?

here are a couple of pics of my good friend's polara trim.
this was an original 53k mile car before it got wacked.
