Are the springs that come on the 60929 Eddy RPM head OK to use with a comp xs282s and 1.5 rocker arms.

Maybe, but I wouldn't trust any thing bought today to be good enough without verifying the pressures and coil bind heights, but that is me shruggy
I have had a good valve spring checker for the last 20 yrs and use it on every motor I build to check every valve spring for its application, especially on race motors with solid roller cams.
Far better to know than to hope and find out later they weren't good enough to use on that cam and motor work shruggy
