Got this in a parts deal a decade ago, just dug it out from where it has been. I have some idea what it came from, either a 70-71 B or E Body but not sure. It may be the same frame but I am an A-Body guy and just want to make sure. It can be used for a Mopar guy who always wanted to say "frame off restoration"!

The funny thing about science is that if you change one miniscule parameter you change the entire outcome to the way you want it.

I think you could measure the spring shackles provision from center to center and run to the axle dimensions chart for comparison. That will discard lot of options.

Makes sense, the frame is pretty wide where the axle would bolt to that is why I am thinking E or B body, I will do just that when I get back over to the shop on Thursday, thanks!

Look like a 64-65 b-body frame Not possible, the guy I got it from never owned anything older than a 68 B-Body, and I know for sure he removed it from a parts car and was going to use it on one of the cars he was working on, which were 70-71 B and E body's that is why I theorized what this frame section is. Maybe they are the same from 66-72? I know for sure the last car he was working on was a 69 Charger 500 that was rustier than rust...

Looks E body. Is the a hole at the end for the spring shackle? I don't see where a shackle box was welded to the side like for A and B body. I have been called an a hole before, LOL! I think you meant is THERE a hole, I will check today, thanks!

I measrured 44" c/c of the front hangars and 47-1/2" at the rear c/c of the hole the rear hangars mount. Here are some pictures of the rear hanger eye and a part bolted on the frame.
