i want run in the 9's with the 270 trickflow heads what combo do you do i need to do this?

My pump gas 470 engine made 775 hp with TF 270 heads. That is enough power to run 9's in most any Mopar. I've done some work on a local guy's B body that runs 9.80 with 270 heads. He has a 505 with decent compression and a solid roller. I think his engine made about 725 on the dyno.
