MR_P_BODY Master Joined: Jun 2003 Posts: 52,972 Romeo MI	Our other place is a modular house... built in Ohio and shipped up here... it was assembled using a crane and a crew.. it was built on a gig its a super nice house... one one thing is the walls are square... trim is perfect... far nicer than our permanent house.. its the only way I would have a house built again.... its 2200 sq ft

He probably doesn’t know about the way manufactured homes are built for Florida! Much stricter codes ! AND I’ll betcha that ad for that abode is ON THE LOT ! And something else ... I’ve never lived in a manufactured home ... but I’ve seen a few. In many MANY cases.... the actual living and sleeping areas ARE FAR more generous than in a regular home.
