Call Super Flow for prices on their engine dyno, check around where you live on a chassis dyno and see what brand they are and then call that company for current new prices scope

An engine dyno isn't too expensive but it is useless without a dyno room. The dyno room is where the money adds up, especially for a nice one. Lots of plumbing and HVAC work involved.

For a SF powermark from super flow, your looking at 65k for the dyno and another 15k for "support" equipment IE 10hp pump VFD, 3hp return pump, exhaust, ventilation, fire suppression, water tanks, plumbing
etc. this doesn't include a dedicated room. A land and sea can be had for 1/2 that.

Without Data, you’re just another guy with an opinion.

The Hub dyno seems to be the most accurate way to tune the engine. It includes the drivetrain losses and can help find problems in wiring and fuel system in the car itself. Have no idea on costs.

I am curious what kind of power those things use. A guy semi local to me has one and he says he only has enough electric service to go to 2000HP.

Chassis dyno (roller) is about 50k to start. The thing you find are amazing!
