Plenty of Mopars over the decades have been converted in Europe/Australia to RHD with manual transmissions

You could get RHD A-Body Barracudas for the UK market directly from Chrysler and RHD Mopars were sold in South Africa, Australia etc. I'm pretty sure a 4 speed must have been avaialble in some of those, though not sure they were available in the UK (attched article say a 3 spd was available in one fitment, but not a muscle car)

1973 VJ Charger from Australia - I picked this up from a fellow Moparts guy in Seattle a few years back. Car was originally a straight 6, plain Charger worked up as an R/T clone before being imported to the States. It now has a V8 - 340 with a 6 pack. The transmission is the Aussie Borg Warner 4 speed. I modified the shifter to install a custom carved left-hand Pistol Grip - it turned out really nice. The original vinyl seats were pulled because they need to get better padding so in their place now temporarily is a set of Dakota truck seats. They actually feel very nice and may end up keeping them there for a while. The shift pattern for the 4-speed is the same as US but you just work it backwards - reverse is up and away, and as you row through the gears you keep pulling the shifter towards yourself. It almost feels more natural that way...

The car is a blast to drive and gets more looks at a car show than the high dollar stuff.

Are you asking for a current project or something you already bought?
