What is your lot size and the build-able area on the lot given all setbacks requirements? If you do not know ask your city or township for these distances. The last thing you want to do is spend time planning something you cannot follow thru on.
Just looking at the picture, I would build a reverse gable structure making your building a "L" shape. You can boost the height to get plenty of clearance for anything you want to pull in.
I am not rich...but I get off my ass everyday to make sure I am not broke!
Can we get the Mexican cartels to help us with our supply chain issues? They don't seem to have any trouble getting stuff from one place to another.

I had almost the same thing on my property when I bought it . .asked a few , all said tear it down and build new .. one good bump with backhoe it fell down like a house of cards .. beware the price of lumber right now, its very,very high
