Car has been apart for a while, just bought a new Inline Tube parking brake cable set.

Includes a hook ( support hook in image )that appears to attach to the trans cross member according to the image attached, but the image/schematic states the hook is for B and J models - which is E body.

Did late 71 and 72 B Body use this hook?

Not talking about the real long rod with one hooked end that is a threaded rod attached to the passenger side.

Looks like that's only for the "R" and "W" models.
