1974 D100, lights flicker at idle. Also dash lights. New Powermaster alternator, fresh voltage regulator, starter relay etc. Did the ampmeter bypass. I’m thinking it’s a ground issue. I have ground strap frame to engine and frame to body. Also have the relays and harness from Crackedback.

Have you done the basic voltage checks to see what the system is doing?

I eliminated that connection. The wire goes through the bulkhead and out
